A crowd of 300 fans waited in anticipation for the return of Dead Level. This came after a 10 month break forced the fans to put up with Justin Bieber tunes. The stage was set. The lights dimmed. The Emcee dramatically prepared the crowd with the introduction "the one.... the only...... Dead Level!!!!!!!!!!!"
The crowd roared with excitement. That is, until the show started. Then, confusion struck.....
"I heard sound from the speakers" says Mr. Punk Rocker, a local goth who resembles the kind of employee you typically find behind the counter at a Dollar General store. "I thought I was coming to see Dead Level! Instead, the guy at the sound board forgot to mute the levels on the board. I was extremely caught off guard by the result!"
The crowd seemed to enjoy the music despite oxymoron in the bands name. Nonetheless, some visitors are slightly disapointed.
"I heard the name 'Dead Level' and genuinely thought this was going to be silent music" says Mrs. Earbleed "I was prepared for an evening of nice and quite entertainment. Instead, it was loud like I was attending a Metal concert."
When Mrs. Earbleed demanded her money back, she was asked what she expected at the return of the areas most famous rock band. Earbleed replied "WHAT?" Her hearing still has not returned.
