Venango County Struggles to Fund Sinkhole Fill in

With the economy struggling, the sudden development of a sinkhole puts Venango County in a difficult position. According to unreliable sources, the county is short of the funds necessary to fill in the hole. What money is available is actually not available because we don't have it.

"We aren't short by too much" states Comissioner Gordon, former police chief of Gotham City. "We only need another 1.2 million. That will put us above the zero we have in funds right now."

Venango County recently had to take out a loan of five dollars to help replace a missing screw in the towns last fire escape. With the county now oweing Clarion for the screw, experts are afraid there will not be enough justification to get another loan.

"We may just have to drive around the sinkhole until nature fills it with water" states another person we made up. "At that point, we will just turn it into a local fishing hole."
