Sir Lawrence Calls for Treaty Between Southwestern Pennsylvania Nations
Sir Lawrence of New Castle is calling on the southern counties to form an alliance. After the brutal war resulting in no deaths between Allegheny, Washington, and Lawrence County, the leader of Lawrence County says he wants the political powers to discuss their differences.
The United Counties of Western Pennsylvania have remained silent ever since Allegheny's invasion of Lawrence County. Allegheny's attempt to capture West Pittsburg, a town south of New Castle, capital of Lawrence County, failed miserably when they realized physically moving a town is virtually impossible.

Washington County troops found themselves in the same dilemma in their attempt to steal Mount Washington from Pittsburgh's South Side. The lack of manpower to drag the mountain over 30 miles to their nation of Washington County greatly displeased President Mayor George Washington of Washington Township, capital of Washington County.

Now, Sir Lawrence of New Castle wants a new treaty between the nations to ensure peace remains strong. Creating such an agreement requires the nation of Butler and the nation of Beaver County to intervene as mediators. Unfortunately, both nations have chosen to remain neutral in all political affairs.

President Mayor Dambuilder of Aliquippa and President Mayor Servanthood of Butler warned President Mayor Steelhead not to pass through their nations. With no explanation, Allegheny troops somehow surpassed each county and made it to West Pittsburg anyway.
In order for the treaty between the southwestern Pennsylvania regions to work positively, Allegheny must be prepared to give an explanation for how they surpassed Beaver and Butler unnoticed. Theories range from troops tiptoeing on the border like a tightrope to going the long way around. A satellite image shows how this can be accomplished through the nations of Armstrong, Clarion, Venango, and Mercer County.

If this was the method, it is still a mystery why they felt the need to travel to the most southern point of Lawrence before attacking West Pittsburg.
Troops are now returning home. The United Counties making up the planet of Western Pennsylvania are being pressed by Sir Lawrence to discuss this matter. Even if they choose to, it is already expected that Uganda will not get involved.

As for the rest of the nations, their involvement hinges on what benefit the treaty brings. Since nobody died in the conflict, there probably is no benefit.
