Local Man Files Noise Complaint Against Crickets Demanding Nature Give Him A Refund

A local man has filed a noise complaint against the crickets in his back yard due to his inability to sleep. According to sources, Raymond Earmuffin is finding it impossible to get any sleep at night because the crickets are "plotting their comeback."

The complaint was filed early Friday morning when Earmuffin says he couldn't "take it any longer." After several attempts to scare the crickets away with the smell of tuna, Earmuffin decided it was time to take legal action.

"I want to send a clear message to these crickets that this is a community where noise is not permitted" states Earmuffin, who works from home running a jackhammer.

The crickets have not responded to the allgations of being too noisy. Sources say that this may be due to their inability to speak. Earmuffin has tried to communicate via rubbing his legs together but has only successfully caused the neighbors to get a restraining order on him. He says that he will continue trying.
